The next step in the process is providing personal advice and preparing an advice report. In this report, we give you a clear overview of mortgage providers, interest rates and different fixed-rate periods, such as fixing your interest rate for 10 years.

Together, we determine which lender, interest rate, conditions and mortgage structure best fit your situation. We also clearly explain any potential risks involved in taking out a mortgage. For example, what happens if you lose your job, become incapacitated or temporarily rely on unemployment benefits.

These are important considerations, and we guide you through them step by step so you can make well-informed decisions with confidence.


Mediation and completion

Once the advisory phase is completed and all required documents have been submitted and approved by your chosen lender, we move on to mediation.

We apply for the agreed mortgage amount and interest rate with the lender. In most cases, the mortgage offer is issued within a few days. We also coordinate the legal process with the notary, including the signing and transfer of the deed of sale.

After everything is signed, we return the documents to the lender and await final confirmation. Once this is completed, your mortgage is officially arranged—and you can start enjoying your new home.
